Temporary 3 Days per week position – Visits to the sites required – Degree or Professional Qualification in a construction related discipline such as RICS or CIOB – Experience conducting property inspections that align with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System – Contract management experience in relation to the property maintenance and repair responsibilities and obligations between private landlords and managing agents – Experience in managing dilapidation claims while achieving best value for money outcomes for the client – Experience of using software tools, such as Northgate Housing and Service Connect, to record and report property survey findings – Experience of drafting technical reports
