Empower Recruitment requires experienced Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to provide care services to clients in Nursing homes, residential homes and Hospitals within Norwich and surrounding areas.
Duties as a Healthcare Assistant:
• Assist clients with daily activities including washing, dressing up, toileting, eating and supporting them to lead a fulfilling life.
• Provide person-centred care by proactively ensuring the client’s best interest during care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, listen to their concerns and take it into consideration when delivering care.
• Promote dignity, equality, diversity and human rights.
Minimum Requirements:
• An individual with a positive, compassionate, attentive and patient nature.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
