Part-time Overview:
The client seeks a skilled Asset Strategy and Management Specialist to manage the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) stock’s survey and data processes, ensuring accurate records and contributing to long-term capital investment planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Survey and Data Management:
Lead and manage HRA stock surveys, maintain the MRI Asset Management database, and ensure accurate data integration into WCC processes. Capital Programme Development: Assist in developing a 30-year capital investment plan, prioritize major works projects, and collaborate with the Asset Programme Manager to document planned works.
Systems Management:
Oversee the MRI Asset Management database, support the development of related information systems, and ensure accurate data updates and reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Respond to inquiries from residents, contractors, and WCC departments, and contribute to internal and external communications. General Responsibilities: Foster strong working relationships, comply with Health and Safety standards, promote equality and diversity, and support additional tasks as directed.
Budget Responsibilities:
Manage an annual capital housing expenditure programme of approximately £50 million.
Experience & Skills Required:
Experience: Project management in repairs, capital works, or housing stock data, managing large-scale surveys, data analysis, and performance management.
Skills:
Strong communication, financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior managers and stakeholders.
