The candidate should be confident, motivated and enthusiastic, you should have the ability to make decisions and adapt to change whilst contributing to the planning and delivery of the services provided by the team. You will be required to monitor the through-put of work to the team, ensuring that work is delivered in line with set time scales, dealing with complex queries and escalating where required. You will assist with the induction process and support new team members including the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, processes and documents as required by a new initiative. They will have excellent ICT skills to maintain, develop and promote the use of Microsoft Teams and ShareDrive. They will be competent in the use of spreadsheets and databases. They will be required to run, update and manipulate various management reports and multi agency systems. Demonstrating excellent customer service skills and communicating at all levels are essential whilst maintaining confidentiality and acting within the Data Protection Act. They must be sensitive to the needs of service users and understand a commitment to the Nottinghamshire County Council Equal Opportunities Policy. We are working in a hybrid way, which allows the ability to work from home and it is likely that they will be required to travel to other bases as appropriate.
