| You will be responsible for commissioning new supported accommodation for residents who are homeless or rough sleeping with multiple complex needs. Driving and navigating the procurement process in a fast paced environment due to great demand. Managing two quality assurance officers, ensuring that monitoring contracts for value for money and improved outcomes is a key focus. Dealing with contract extensions and re-tendering for whole life contracts will be a primary focus. You will need to be highly organised, good communicator and hands on with providers. |
